Jeannie Bronas, DCP II Supervisor

Jeannie began her career with Pine Valley as a caregiver in 2006.  She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and was excited to work with clients in a community home-like setting.  She joined the team and quickly became a force for positivity.  Jeannie brings a ton of energy and creativity to every facility or location she works in.  She is a huge support to her team, often lending a shoulder and an ear.  Our clients love her lighthearted approach as well as her “can-do” attitude that helps them to overcome the inevitable failures on the road to rehabilitation.  Jeannie supervised our Valley House Adult Family Home and our Prairie View Adult Family Home for two years.  She was promoted in January 2022 to DCP III Supervisor – Facility Operations and now oversees all of our residential facilities; licensing, property management, supplies, inventory and household operations.
