Mental Health Services
Our experienced providers offer treatment for Adults, Children (3+ years), Adolescents, Couples & Families.
We accept insurance and are “in-network” for most major providers; no limits on medicare or medicaid patients.
Telehealth Services

Consultation
Consultation and program development may include the provision of on-site services, credentialing of your location for services under Pine Valley Integrated and support for employees, systems development and training.
Supervision
As an approved Wisconsin State, LCSW Supervisor, our Clinical Director is able to provide supervision to master level therapists as well as therapists seeking supervision to meet their hours for licensure. We are also able to provide clinical supervision to substance abuse.
