Supervision
As an approved Wisconsin State, LCSW Supervisor, our Clinical Director is able to provide supervision to masters level therapists as well as therapists seeking supervision to meet their hours for licensure; we are also able to provide clinical supervision to substance abuse counselors.

We are also enrolled in the University of Wisconsin system to provide behavioral health praticum hours and internships to students enrolled in masters level programs:

We believe that supervision is a collaborative process based in a strong ethical foundation. We believe in clearly defining supervision goals, expectations and contractual measures as these are essential to both a successful supervision experience and the provision of therapy. Our clinical supervision involves respect, a working alliance within a well defined clinical setting, and demonstrating a clear understanding of systems, structure, hierarchy and power differentials.
Each supervisee at Pine Valley will be able to express their own ideas and inspirations so that we can be mindful of your comfort, interest, preferences and developmental stage as we collaborate. Pine Valley will also ensure that the supervision experience includes exposure to new ideas and as well as experiences with various types of patients and through working with various programs in an integrated model. This will allow for the supervisee to grow into their full potential as a therapist or counselor.
Financial Investment:
Clinical Supervision: $120.00/hr individual*
Group Supervision: $100.00/hr per person, groups of 3 or more
*sliding fee scale available for clinicians obtaining clinical licensure, with an employment contract.
